Davey ISOspec® CM series close coupled motor pump range has been designed to international standard ISO 2858 ensuring a reliable, long lasting high performance product that consumers have come to depend on from Davey.  Once the pump casing is coated with CeRamKote ceramic coating and a seal flushing kit fitted they are suitable for use with commercial pools.

Maximum flow 480m3/hr

Maximum Total Heads: 160m

Liquid temperature: 1ºC to 110ºC

Operating pressure: 16 Bar

features & Benefits

Bronze impeller:  Fitted as standard to prevent corrosion in stationary or inactive situations. 

Bronze wear rings:  Fitted as standard, replaceable front & rear wear rings with optional materials, for a trouble free lifecycle.

Shaft seal:  Single, high quality John Crane, or approved equivalent, mechanical seal with Carbon vs Ceramic faces fitted as standard with an optional hard faced Silicon-Carbide vs Silicon-Carbide seal also available.

Back pull-out design:  Allowing for easy removal of rotating element without disturbing the pipework, lagging or pump volute casing. This is proven to reduce downtime whilst performing routine maintenance.

Enlarged shaft:  Reduces shaft deflection.  Standard material is 420 stainless steel.

 

Bearings:  Heavy duty SKF or approved equivalent, greased for life, bearing to reduce maintenance.  Housed within removable bearing cap cover assembly, protected by a quality manufactured lip seal to reduce ingress of moisture or foriegn matter.

 

Pump Casing:  High efficiency Cast Iron volute casing, with flanges rated to PN1.6MPa (16bar), drilled to AS2129 table E.

 

Casing O-ring:  Reusable o-rings in nitrile for ease of re-assembly.

 

Tappings:  Convenient suction & discharge pressure gauge tappings plus volute drain plug, fitted as standard to all ISOspec pumps
